Any idea on whether this thing has resale value or just scrap? I have 3 or 4 more of them.

Looks fairly good. If you’re willing to sit on it it could fetch $25-$50 to the right collector. Those WEs aren’t common.

Do these things have wetted mercury relays in them? It appears that there might be one in pictures 4 and 6. It looks like the other one I had just a lot bigger.

Could be. I can’t be positive without a part number which isn’t visible in all the component text on the piece. It’s the right age for it though. Tin lead solder is also likely. An FYI if you consider fixing anything loose on it.
