Here’s my typical unfiltered answer
What do I see.
A giant box ?

HP rackable servers. $
Dell=crap
Old laser printers$$

Dell=crap
Ibm workstations $$

Dell=crap
Mixed workstation $-$$$

A pallet of monitors negative -$$$

Monitors, yuck
Maybe middle aged IMACs? $$

2 pallets of random crap. I see some old brother and XNR printers. $$-$$$

Rack of printers from $-$$$

Assuming it’s not all stripped empty... this has potential in the $500-$1500 range on untested parts. I’d guess $250-500 in scrap.
If everything here worked that’s a nice 5 digit lot or more.

You have a shot if you don’t mind headaches. Most refurbers are ultimately well trained scrappers. Printers and monitors will put off any high end buyers, my self included. I don’t have the space to be stuck with 3 pallets of monitors even if every one worked. Goodwill sells them for less than $$5-10. Others even less.
Doa monitors in bulk are torture.

Put a gun to my head? I’d bid $750. Pre-core pentiums were some of Intel‘a best chips. The original, ceramic pro, and first gen p4 are tanks of a cpu for reliability, and I hate intel. Chances are good for some working CPUs you can flip in the $20-$50 range. Looks like a bunch of single site lots. So much to tinker with to get at least one running test system of each type to test parts.
And if I’m correct there’s at least 3 multimedia AIO iMacs. At $150+ each working. Torture me a bit I’d go to $999. Not a penny more.

Mind you that’s just what I can see and assuming all I see is included

There is no way I am bidding on this. I was just amazed at sheer amount stuff here.
Can I post the auction company here?
Just guessing there is an 18 wheeler load in this lot.
There is also a big lot of servers.

This is the lot I would like to get my hands on :)

There is no way I could even touch either of these two lots, just guessing they are going to be upwards of $10k.

The top photo is a bunch of 4U equipment. And 5 digits is a reasonable risk for a large tech refurb outfit.

Bottom photo looks like drive racks. Unless it’s SSDs you’re not in the $1500-$3000. Anything more is gambling. High-stakes gambling.

I don't mind gambling a little on the unknown ($300-$500 max) lol
There is just to much stuff there for me, I don't have any way to pick that much stuff up at one time let alone any place to store it until i could get all broke down.

This stuff is at DFW airport.

Ah. So a good chance somebody didn’t pay their manifest.

My favourite auctions are dock side. Where someone doesn’t pay for the container drop or simply abandons it.
The former can be a gold mine.
The latter is up in the air.

I believe this is airport surplus (Belongs to airport).

If you want to look at the auction its on Rene Bates.
