Are these boards large socket or small socket?
will send pics later.
Also does it decrease value to remove the Tantalum capacitors?
or the North/South Bridge Flat Packs?

The Mac boards are going to be large socket as long as you remove the power supply board. (some mac boards have a heave P/S board that attaches to the side).

If you remove anything from the boards they will automatically become mid-grade. We buy the boards for that same purpose, thus when you remove items, you remove value.
