Hello,
I'm new to boardsort and I'm wondering what you would classify 3 1/2" floppy drive boards as? Im grabbing the boards out of cdrom drives before taking the rest to the local scrapyard since they grab $5.00/lb but didnt know if the floppy boards were worth anything remotely enough to justify shipping costs.

Also, i saw in another post that you take gold pins stripped from connector ends but you had to look at them in person. Im hoping you can give a high/low scenario on those ends because .85/lb isnt enough to justify shipping either and maybe i can send the stripped pins and id trust you guys to give me a fair price when u look at them and i can sort them based on what type of connector they came put of. Just checking everything out and thank you for a great site.

As long as the connector pins are intact, floppy drive boards are considered peripheral grade. Remove the pins and the board is downgraded to low grade.
