Pretty sure these will go as telco. But do I need to remove the metal bracket on the connectors? Thanks guys

Definitely telco and no. Don't remove the bracket unless you want it froe steam punk art. :)

I have removed the bracket from all of my boards, are you saying I decreased the board??

The standard brackets do not need to be removed.
You didn't lower the board Grade but you did decrease the overall weight.

Only time I would remove brackets is if you are shipping these type of boards in and need room in the box you are shipping in for other things, or if you are trying to get the gross weight of the box down to avoid getting dinged with a heavy package surcharge by the shipping company.
