 Post subject: Gold pins

hey just wondering if boardsort buys gold pins and is so how much?, ive pulled them off the IDE cable, from under the ram slots, IDE slots, pretty much everywhere on the motherboard, im guessing they will be considered low grade pins :)

Yes. They buy gold pins. There's no class because a payout rate can't be determined until they are scanned on site.
With true IDE pins you'd be in the 8-12$/lb range or better.
ATA (aka pata) pins run between 75¢-$5/lb range and varies greatly.
The rest ... basically they test the pins individually and send you a notice by email.
