My husband and I are new here and about to make our first shipment but before doing so I have a few questions. We have 20 or so lbs of finger cards. Some have pretty good size ic chips (which we have been saving and send in also) is it more profitable to remove the ic chips or send the cards in with the chips on there?

Second I understand and the large and small socket mother boards using a quarter but what about the boards that has no hole it's just all pins I'll attach a photo of one I'm talking about.

The quarter method is just one of multiple methods to test socket size. It’s generally reliable.

Ultimately to be sure though use the measurement method which also covers the solid sockets like yours
In a straight line messier from farthest pin hole to farthest pin hole. Anything more than 1 and 3/4 inches is large socket.
See the pictures here.

For finger cards and most classes in general, you can remove socketed ICs. Never desolder or break off soldered ICs though.

May I ask why? Are they not considered IC Chips to sell after removed from the board?

They are still IC chips and Boardsort will buy them. The problem is that it will down grade the boards in which you pulled them off of.
