Well, that’s an interesting mad scientist mix. Lol.
A large group of hot plates and a ph meter? Lol. ;)

Resale? They look fairly trashed up.
Scrap: honestly at today’s wild price fluctuations I’d probably walk away. There’s a LOT of shred steel in the mix that unless you live next door or down the street to the yard you’ll need to hold for a bit.
As for everything else in it:
Copper transformers, resistors, a small bit of wire. Looks like some #2 or #3 sheet aluminium from flashing panels... the ID labels.
Heating elements could be copper silicate for #2 or even copper, but are more likely iron oxide carbon coils. Copper is used when things need to get REAL hot, and iron/carbon is used when consistent heat is preferable to temperature.

If for some reason I was required to place a bid I’d stick at under $10 and hope to get about $15 out of it. There’s not much there of any value.

If not for the college tags I’d say somebody had their little bathtub green house confiscated. :D

I’m just going to keep an eye on this for now. I am bidding on some other lots that I know. Normally they drop the price on items in the last hour if the haven't gotten any bids on it. If they do and I can get the the other lots I may bid on it.

With most of these auctions being down in the Houston area or the Dallas/Ft Worth areas I try to get as much as I can haul in a 16ft covered stock trailer and 3/4 ton truck. And I have a couple of times had the trailer bottom to top all the way to the back gates full, the bed of the truck full and the back seat of the truck full. And even put pallets on top of the trailer.....lol

strainers

See: learn something new every day. Ohkay, what is a heated strainer used for?
Hot plates I’m used to for reflow work.
As for gardens: there’s aren’t too many uses for a ph meter. As far as I know you can test soil, and chilli. ;)

The round hot plates has stirrer written on label and if I remember my chemistry we used them to heat a liquid mixture that was stirred with a small metal round rod that would twirl in the middle of the beaker of fluid and mix it as it heated. Of course I may be wrong because that memory is over 45 years ago. LOL p.s.
Actually I enlarged photo and it is written Sybron thermal stirrer and I looked it up and they make some that are magnetic so that is what turns the metal rod.

That lot ended up selling for $101.
So I wont be able to share any of the findings in that lot.

Sorry to hear that.

Hope the buyer isn’t looking for scrap.
Well, or maybe you do. Lmao.
