This is such a noob question...

How do I read this label? Specifically the 2Gx2 part. Is it a 2GB stock or 4GB? (2x2)

That’s a 2gb module that’s been certified compliant in dual channel tests.
It can work alone or with a matched pair if the motherboard supports DCR.
