Unfortunately I can’t read either logo. From the photo it could be a server, or a portable air conditioner. Lol.

My guess would be a network relay box. But honesty it could be anything. It’s not far off from a portable air conditioner.
And I’ve seen some small commercial UPS systems about that size and design.
With only this to go on I’d bid $10 and move on. As long as you pick it up in person: If it’s a UPS you break even. If it’s an air conditioner it’s probably about $15 in scrap. Maybe $20. But getting rid of freon is a pain most places.
And if it is a network relay you’ll probably walk away with about $50.

So sure, $10. And move on.
