I have acquired some but they are supposedly in working order, just needing a hard reset. Don't intend to scrap them but general question: are they considered "laptop"

Everything old is new again.
The lines are getting very close, much like the 1980s where what I a computer and what is a laptop.
Now finding the cutoff between laptop and peripheral grade board is getting rough.

Here I’d say laptop. Probably
