I have a bunch of these but the circuit board is gone is there any value in the eye/laser? Also the board that is attached to the screen with chip on film is this worth saving?

The chips are IC chips. The film wire is mixed wire. Display boards tend to be midgrade or low peripheral.
The rest, is junk steel to boardsort. What local yards take various parts as, varies.
