who buys palstics in small amounts i can only hold around 800 pound at a time garage to small and dont want to expand
also smashed glass i smash it all into the same bin all colors and thickness

For plastic you'll need to do your own leg work to find a buyer. Call your local recyclers and look up the plastics companies in your areas. It must be sorted though.

Glass; you've killed any recycling value by mixing colour and type. That said you could/should try local, large construction companies. Especially supply line companies. Cement contractors, quarry locations etc. Glass is used in all sorts of construction mixes and some pay quite well. Mixed large break expect anywhere from 5-25c per lb depending on lead and Quartz content.
