Boardsort does buy this boards. Most likely you will find all boards to be Peripheral grade however I am waiting for Boardsort to confirm my post because my board has a high population of IC chips. I am also, after the Memory cards and the LI-Ion batteries that can be found in there. Boardsort buys Li-Ion batteries too.

It is likely that we would buy the board as a Peripheral board but to be sure post a picture.
