The board is most often called a distribution board. Sometimes a relegation/regulator board. The switches give it away
It's midgrade and if you can't test it don't sell it. After broken belts and blown motors this is the first to die.
Box could fetch a bit though

The second is a powered hose coupling but I'm not sure if it's soap and bleach or bleach and softener.

The bottom part like lodos says is a solenoid controlled soap bleach softener dispenser. Opens the valve to push enough water through to get the detergent into the washer drum.
If it doesn't work, those green cases can go as CBM or be cracked open for number 2 copper. They are basically an electromagnetic, and the wire inside is very very thin.

I could be wrong but I'm now almost sure that's a soap or softener unit.
It's definitely not bleach. Bleach uses a single double flow plastic pipe, or a single ldpe-ps pipe and that's definitely not either one of those.
RCM is probably right but since you took it out just match it up where you pulled it from and look at what it is?

Even doa that's still gonna pull some cash on ebay above scrap value.my generalised estimate is somewhere between $5-$15. Doa.

Given that there's over a thousand proprietary plastics in 20 ISO categories I'll never be sure without a base to acid resistance test but my bestest guess here is
that's polypropylene (pp) or
PAS (can't spell it and can't get close enough to google it),

Which leads me to believe it's a soap line and not softener. Soap lines are usually! A semi-translucent hdpe or ps. And it's not ps so either it's a softener feed or it's an ultra cheap washer.

Then again as always without it in my hand...! Anything is a guess in my posts

Found the front panel stuffed back by the motor. It was already out of the case. What's it worth like this?

Well then, this is a multi board unit.
Or the controller is on the back side which would be very unusual.
Assuming this is just the panel I'd put it ideally at $25-$50 condition unknown. If it really does contain the controller and logic units on the back and it's equally in good condition you can look for double that and hope for triple.
First glance I'm not seeing any major electrical giveaway on damage so that's a plus.
All those gold through holes have me wondering though,!that maybe it does have the controller on the back?

I finally had an afternoon to focus on taking stuff apart and got this darn washer broken down. I'll post a picture of the back of the board but it doesn't look like there's anything special about it. Attached to the bottom of the washer was a plastic case with a heat sink on the outside and lots of wires running in and out of it. Is that maybe the controller and logic unit?

The picture of metal parts was the hinge on the door. A magnet doesn't stick to it and it's heavy. So, put it in my stainless steel pile?

Hinges look like cast aluminium with stainless rods. Rods are probably Kemal steel. A ferritic stainless used in water appliances.
That board is probably midgrade.
And I'm at a loss for where the controller (brain) may be. Assuming it wasn't pulled before you got it.
That box with the heatsink is probably just a wire junction. But you never know.
