Raw connectors like that will go as gold pin connectors

Before you send these in, you better check with Chris...

They send their regular connector ends off to a recycler that may not take material with PCB boards attached to them. Dealing with PCB boards is something that a recycler has to be specifically set up to deal with, and their end user for connector ends may not.

Verify it is okay with Chris, but I would imagine you should get connector ends price if they are willing to accept them as is.

Good point.
I'll rephrase this. They are accepted as connectors but MUST be separate from clean connectors when shipped. They get the same rate but go to a different place.
Thanks MLS. Should have said that better

If you please wouldn't it be better to leave these connectors on the motherboards since you would get more value for them if gold pin connectors get less than motherboard value or am I thinking wrong value for gold pin connectors?

This is a prime example of the what happens when you start to cut up and break up multiple boards.
The connectors just became gold pin connectors and the board itself drops to peripheral.

Yup, you managed to devalue everything involved. Leave the boards as is... There are very very few cases where trimming something off a board actually helps... And mostly is for low grade material.

These are the headers, not the connectors. I've never had a problem with these.
I'm not sure about ps2 connectors but they do take at/xt keyboard connectors and gold plate audio jacks, but not silver nickel brass and tin ones
