Now we're cooking.
Still got that tsunami? Pop this 5k series video card in the t!
Plug on a monitor and fire it up. See if you get to post and an operating system missing error. If you do you can order an inexpensive 800gig WD or 1.2tb seagate and at least have a working computer.

You MAY want to consider buying an inexpensive power supply from somewhere (microcenter) for $15-20 , just to plug the board in and see if it powers up before you scrap it. Working these gameing kits can fetch some nice triple digits.

So if you can get anything to happen on a 440 watt junker you'll know it's worth some time.

I once had a small form Dell hard drive fan go bad on a windows 7 computer I was using so I bought 2 online, one to put in and one for backup. About a month later I got in several Dells for scrap that had the same working fans. As a scrapper a lot of what I get are repeats so you may want to put the really good stuff aside with idea of making a good computer down the road if you are not in a hurry and save some money. Of course you have to have a small side storage area set aside for this purpose. Patience can save you money and the computers can be scrap at a later time. I have some pretty nice strong working computers doing this, the last two were server types with quad 3.2 mhz with 7.9 rating on processors and harddrives and 5.9 overall rating and 2 300gig sas harddrives each.
