how much are boards out of power supplies?

Those boards are low grade 99% of the time. Low grade is currently .16 a pound as of 7/27/2014.

Not worth shipping. However, older power supply PCB from older TVs often have tantalum caps and a few big(heavy) ic chips.

My low grade I sell locally after stripping any transformers/CBMs off the board that are worth salvaging.

The scrapyard I go to buys them as copper breakage. Can't remember what they paid buts its whatever the going rate for breakage is. Probably .25 /lbs.
