Quick list for those who collect as well as scrap. Why? Because I'm board. Lol
This isn't complete. Just a bit of a rolling rant. What's your favourite? Post below!

In reverse order.
iPhone anniversary phone.
If the bulk of the rumours are true this is apple's last chance to save its place in two categories it brought to the masses, the slate tablet and the smartphone. A nearly 6 inch quad core 32/64 bit multitouch 3D Touch phablet. The standard iPad is dead. And the iPhone is slipping. Good luck Apple; this one is a must hit product.

AMD ryzen/threadripper/2017 opteron
Benchmarks are always done by gamers and extremeists but in real world performance the ryzen shows that it not only runs circles around the i series intel cpus but that in the real world performance trumps synthetic benchmarks. The op server CPUs are set to be available to masses in 16 core 32 thread beasts by November. Making AMD once again the king of the CPUs after 2 decades.

Windows 10.
By raw numbers windows 8 nearly killed off Microsoft's OS market. And honest numbers put willing 8 installation at 2.1%. The other 97.9% being preinstalls, mandatory upgrades for software compatibility, and oops installation from replacement system discs. The upgrade from 7 keeps the unix subsystem (or download it for free) and the Linux subsystem now available makes windows 10 the second most accessible OS after Linux Core. Rollout wasn't pretty but it works.

AMD 7 series.
Intel ignored x64. The world moved on without them. For 25 years intel gave in and put raw speed numbers ahead of innovation. X64 became so popular that intel licenced it; AMD64.

Sata/USB3
ATA was awesome when it came out. But it was still slow. SCSI died in the consumer market before it was even released. Apple came up with 9 protocols in 2 years, all incompatible. Everything old was new again. Why do two things very slowely when you can do 10 things one by one very quickly. That the two separate protocols not only coexist but share makes it all the better

Ngage
The taco everyone hated. Except for one thing. It was the first true smartphone. Without the ngage we'd never have gotten the iPhone.

Nokia full featured "smart" phones.
Address book, calendar, games, even books, all on a three-quarter-inch-screen!

Sega Saturn
To this day I'll stand firm in my belief that this was the at-the-time most powerful system ever built. Multi core. Multi threading segmented segregated memory. Hackers, myself included, got windows CE, windows embedded, unix, Linux, os/2, and many more, up and running on it. The first of the micro computer consoles. It wasn't poorly designed, it was 10 years ahead of its time.

80a386. The original 386 was ground breaking but flawed. AMD and zylog fixed that with the A386 and brought 16 bit to the masses.

Macintosh
We all know this story.

Commodore 64
The single best selling computer in any field, of all time. It brought home computing into the homes, and paved the way for everything we have today. The 64 rev B remains one of the most expensive computer collectibles for what it did, being the earliest non modified c64 you can legally operate, seeing that the first batch is unshielded and thus makes planes fall out of the sky etc.

The Motorola model 2. The first mobile phone that fit in a bag, instead of a backpack. See below!
The Motorola model 1. Make a call on the road to any land phone. With a 60lb backpack. Revolutionary? Yes. And great for chiropractors too. Lol.

Video games
Let's be realistic; if there weren't like a billion pong units in ever house in the world we'd never have gotten computers. Atari wouldn't have made the vcs which they modified into the 8 bit home computer. Hence no C64, no windows/Mac, no xp, no OS X, no 64-bit, no smart phones. Yes, a bit of reading you'll quickly see there would be no boardsort without pong.
All hail pong! The Adam of all computing today.
