Flat rate boxes are your friends. Pack as much as you can in there.

Depends on how much you have if you can get more then lets say 300 lbs then freight is the best way

This is true, it really depends on the volume. In some of my larger shipments I have used Fedex. Freight is great if you have a huge amount of scrap, but I've found it to not be cost effective in the volumes that I ship.
