I came across these recently and was hoping you could help me identify and also let me know if what if anything I can get for them. Thanks for your help!!

Looks like an unfinished print board. Set for reflow. Your at telco.
Reason being even though nothing has been added yet; neither has any of the gold been removed.
These are quite different from memories blanks (which downgrade to telco from gold memory) though the same theory applies. No garbage, no components, full multi layer gold sandwich board.
