sell it on ebay or try one of the local ways through Craigslist, letgo, or one like that.
Would be a pretty easy sale

256mb isn't worth much at all... compare process on eBay, but you will probably will be better scrapping them.

Evil is right. Without knowing more... we can’t really help. 256 ddr2 is relatively inexpensive. Even new in sealed boxes. On the other hand 76 pin ECC server ram can run a few hundred bucks a stick because it’s practically non-existent! New laptop memory is worth more than new or used desktop memory of the same category.
ECC is always more expensive than non error correcting. And edo is always more expensive than most others.

several ways
*change resolution on camera take new pics..

edit the pics you have
*change them to different format
*cut them down to fit in size limit you can remove white spaces extra ..[i do this all the time...]

upload to a outside image host like tinypic ect.. post link

If your using a cell phone load the picture in your photos app and take a screen shot which usually cuts the size down to under the 5 meg cutoff.
If that doesn’t work both android and iOS have edit functionality that all you to crop. Even a tiny bit of cropping can reduce image size significantly.

For windows and Linux my go to is irfan
Free and a ton of plugins to support anything .
Cropping is easy. Just left click drag the section you want for the photo,
Control+x
Control+a
Control+v
Control+s
And click ohkay. Instant size reduction with minimal or no loss depending on the format.
