does boardsort.com accept these clean or do we have to leave everything on them?

I believe you can sell them either way. I usually strip the transformers that are easy to separate the copper from and any aluminum heatsinks. If you are shipping your materials, you will need to consider the value of your shipment vs the cost of shipping to determine if you are going to profit from shipping low grade.
