According boardsort's instructions you should separate all materials by grade. You can place them in bags with a label and the toss them in the flat rate box.

If you don't sort, it will likely pay out at the lowest rate, which is no-pin processor. As 602bridgeway says, do take the time to sort. I sent in a load via USPS flat rate which included CPU chips, and I threw them into ziplock bags, sorted by chip type, and threw all the smaller bags into a larger bag to keep them all together.
