The middle one can't be shipped anywhere without a NBC license. You can drive around with one or two if you want but don't ship it. It's got an irradiation chamber. You will get caught and you will get fined. I doubt anyone you go to would pay for it. Boardsort doesn't buy them. Generally that's best to take to your local hazmat dropoff.
The one on the right, carefully remove the battery. Don't touch both ends at the same time. These usually have a fair bit of amperage to them. Looks like 16 here. With VERY few exceptions I don't deal with smoke detectors. Any I get go to my hazmat dropoff. I'd suggest you do the same.
