Will they still be with the fingers trimmed
All pictures are from and back
And do I need to trim anything else from the boards?

The first board you show could fetch telecom, but the second one has more blank spaces where ICs would normally be at, so I'm inclined to leave it as a gold fingered card. Lostinlodos usually chimes in as well.

The first two will be telco if you leave the fingers on. Don’t remove them. The last one looks too empty to make telco so I’m with K on goldfinger card
