Top one is peripheral. Plate needs to come off.

Bottom one you'll need to wait for one od the other moderators to reply. I don't deal with them often enough to know offhand.
If it's gold flashed on both sides it will probably go TELCO as a server board, which is usually what i get for large flashed boards with multiple flat packs/cpus.
. if not my guess is peripheral
