I took apart a computer monitor board and found a few different things to it , regular copper and two boards along with misc wire, i was wondering what the boards classify as and or if there is anything more of value or easy accessible items on these boards that i should breack down some more

Also is it a safe bet to take apart these? i am not harming the glass working or any other "sealed" part

You can scrap CRTs as long as you can safely discharge the picture tube before removing anything else. All the boards inside CRTs are low grade, but if you want to make more from a CRT, strip the boards of all transformers and heatsinks and sell them separately. A few of the transformers you can break apart and separate the copper wire from, but the rest such as the giant flyback transformer, sell as is.
