Definitely peripheral. Not enough ic chip population for telecom

Would it be better to remove the ic chips or sell it as is? Would they still buy the board if the ic chips were removed?

Great question. I wonder that myself for some boards. I think i recall seeing a post where someone said that anything mid grade and lower to remove, higher leave on; but I would like to hear from the experts!

Boardsort will still buy as a mod grade I guess. Not worth stripping the board. Sell as it is. The only time I remove the ic chips is when the board is a low or mid grade.

OK so once you remove the IC chips from a low or midgrade board do you still send in the empty board or throw it away?
