This pic belongs to Boardcast.com and is the example for a midgrade board. It actually has quite a bit of copper on it. Would it be better to remove the copper and sell the copper or sell the board as is? Would they still buy the board if the copper was removed?

If it was me, I would strip the transformers off and break them open, but I believe boardsort will take them either on or off. The question to ask yourself is if you will profit more leaving stuff like that on or taking it off.

For what its worth, a chat I had with my local scrap yard was that if you can somewhat easily remove the copper from the transformers, then it can almost be $3/lb. I have found great success with the robo grip pliers.
