This is from a power supply and is green both sides. As you can see, lots of copper and aluminum, but as i started to break it apart I wondered if I should or sell as a whole? I did remove on small card since it blocked view of the whole board. Pretty much will destroy the board taking copper and such off, but would Boardsort still buy the broken board or not? I did take one other board i had like this apart to see how much copper it had, ended up in pieces. Total copper was about 7 oz.

You can remove the aluminum heat sinks and the copper coils and you will still get mid grade. I personally dont mess with the coils because the amount of copper isnt much and I've calculated about 1 or 2 pennies in profit for each one depending on the size. I live in LA and the prices for copper bearing motors is like 10 cents a pound. Mid grade is 15 cents. On the other hand for aluminum I get like 45 cents per pound
