For all purposes, this is a motherboard, but it has gold fingers where it plugs into what i think is a backplane board (second & third pic). But what type does it qualify as? Am I correct that the other board is backplane? Thanks for all great help this forum provides! Edit... I may have figured this out from another post. Its a large socket mobo and you could leave the backplane on or sell separatly. Based on that, I am now wondering to do that or trim off the gold fingers and sell all separatly. The mainboard is 1 lb, backplane 7oz. Gold fingers maybe an oz?
