I did nitric Leach on 14.4oz of gold plated pins. 2oz were from military grade pins. I then did Aqua regia with actual nitric and hcl. I age filter all steps. My liquid tests high with star nous. My liquid is green. Is that from copper in solution? If so, how do I remove it?

That left over green acid mixture will likely have Cu, Ni, Sn, Pb and possibly some Be (from BeCu) and Fe. Sn and Pb may have filtered out as chlorides.

The highest concentration will be Cu, though recovery may not be cost effective without a large operation.

You may be able electroplate it out as metal, that would involve adding more chemicals and setting up some more equipment. You can chemically drop it out as a metal hydroxide sludge, but that is an EPA regulated material.
