Sparc 1 foreign gold cap and double side gold cap
Sparc 2 p4/mac (hp nub units are gold cap)
Sparc 3 with pins p4/mac (hp nup gold cap)
Sparc 3 no pins no pin processor (hp nub gold cap)

Seeing pins (?) It would be a p4/mac chip

they usually grade these as no pin processors... the reason for this is the metal on top is a tungsten alloy and is very dense. It comprises the bulk of the weight of the chip.

If you can knock the tungsten heat spreader off, the remaining ceramic (with pins) should then be classified as a pentium/mac chip
