that would be under the generic Pentium/Mac Ceramic grade

Evilrick is right on the grade but I will desagree with the weight and dollar value. Depending on the size you may need about 25 to 30 of those chips to make up a pound. So maybe less than a dollar per chip but not a pennie.

price dose sound low,i have check my notes and that is the weight for the plastic 1960 .i cant find the weight for this one..so can not detriment correct value you think between all of us here that we gould have some kinda cpu weight reference guide..

i960's have to variations... the one you have pictured is treated as Pentium/Mac ceramic chips.

the older variation has a gold bottom and they treat those as a 486 chip.

they newer ones also have a two different sizes... one bigger one weighs about 0.75 oz ea. but I am not sure about the smaller size.
