The Opteron comes in a ceramic package i have around 20 of them so where do i put them in my scrap?

I have seen those coming in the forum and they have been graded as no pin processors.

I have removed the copper top k by heating it up on the stove for like 10 seconds and tapping it with a chisel against the corner of my kitchen stone counter top. Once apart, I have kept the chip with my pentium ceramic chips and the copper top I have sold it to my local scrap yard.
