Would this first 2 pics be peripheral?? And the 2nd set of pics telecom?

I figured no caps , nor resistors would make it Telco? what about the gold fingers on each side?

Given that there's nothing on the back I'd leave them on. Not worth a possible downgrade for less than a $1 when the next step for the board is peripheral.

on those 1st two pics {those are boards from screens}they are not fingers its gold flash edging very lite plating because of that they get upgraded to peripheral boards without platting and no components would normally be mid-grade..

your second board {picture 14352850518541785756500.jpg} thats telco..
