I have several pounds of parallel cable adapters that have a male & female gold pins ports connected by a tiny circuit board. The boards had a IC chip, but I removed most of them. I took the plastic covers off of them too.

Are these Gold Connectors? Is the one with the IC chip graded as Peripheral? What's the grade of the ones I removed the ICs from? I bet I should have left the darn ICs on those boards...right? LOL.

Here's a sample, fronts and backs.

They're all gold pin connectors with or without the ic.
