Ohkay the one on the right Looks like you removed the cpu. Not the backside like i thought at first. That would be a gold finger card and at this point: if it is a removed cpu board; just cut the finger off THAT BARE ONE for a better payout. the green blank left behind would still be mid grade because of the ceramic capacitors on it. And left over gold pins and contacts.

Those aren't worth much on the secondary market. Beyond scrap /recovery value.
They only work in a dozen or so laptops and (primarily) low end servers and mini terminal units.
Seeing your other posts...
If you have the digital or hp server boards those go in, in multi-slot configs... and you have a computer background, if the boards boot clean without errors
You could sell them on ebay as folding or mining units. I'd look to get around 30 for a working dual and up to 50ish for a triple cpu unit working.
Non- or unknown - working they tend to be about the same values after fees/shipping etc on ebay as Boardsort.

Others it depends on what it is. 40xx series and any off 80xx (ie 8087 or 8042) etc are in high demand.
Pga 187 8028x 8038x chips. Old Motorola 62k (not 64 series ) etc.
And Most with a mfr date (not © date) prior to 1982 will fetch premiums.
Any aerospace and military boards like you have are the right place to find them. And early pre-78 kit computers.

Rule of thumb for selling to collectors. Since i am one and also sell.
Does it work? If yes look up SOLD values on ebay
If no move on down.

1) does it have all the pins balls or threads
If no. Scrap. If yes move on

2) is it pre 1982/3
If yes see above

If no move on
a) or a sample
If no scrap
i) does the sample say classified
If no sell. If yes. Call the manufacturer. They may let you keep it or sell it. Or may ask for it back classified samples are illegal to sell or keep without permission.

The only exception to the missing pin/ball... rule is early 1970s Intel 4xxx and 80xx series chips. The 4004 4040 8002 8007 etc.
Must be pre 78 mfr date.
A /few/ missing pins are Ohkay.

Other holy Grail chips.
-Z80 gold cap pre 82
-all Black hp Pentium pro with 6! Gold square marks and no cap. Not the 4 mark version.
The "ceramic" is a rhodium base ferrite alloy.
-4040 and 8089 Russian blue knockoffs all other Russian cpus are scrap.
-Intel 8089
-intel 4005 (the Atlas chip)
