By appearance, it appears to be more in line with a gold fingered card. Can we get a photo of the back side of the board in question?

The second slot card.. one with all the cmc on it... is a continuity terminator. It's not a processor. Not sure how boardsort will class it. They're quit rare but not really valuable either.

mobo is definitely large milti. It's two slot 1 sockets.
The terminator is used when you don't have a second processor.
Similar blank terminators exist for paired ram and type 6 pga sockets on server boards from ibm.

Fwiw.
Those slot 1 terminators run about $5 if your sure they are in full working condition. Even new many were duds. Very poor design. most didn't have cases and some cmcs were knocked off before they left the assembly line.
Joy.

The server boards run from pennies to under 50 and are all over the price charts.

If the terminator works I'd hold on to it and keep it very safe. The rarity will come in financially helpful eventually as the working systems fall into disarray and are repaired.

I'm leaping but it looks like a 24048 without the retaining bracket over the slots.
Asking price across hddbuyer and ebay looks to be 20-50. No sold history on ebay. Hddbuyer doesn't list sold values. If there are any. Not exactly a sought after board.
Sorry.
