would these boards be Telco? , first 2 are same board just too big for 1 pic. ,Thanks very much.

Top 2... I send similar boards regularly. There's alot of weight extra weight. Usually peripheral.
Quick way to tell on these server class switches is to look at the mounting holes on the edge.
The circle tells you if and what kind of flashing the board has.
Full.colour circle is full flashing. A broken circle (diagonal lines) tells you partially flashed. A full silver or gold circle will go telco.
Partial circle is peripheral.
Remove the two socketed ic units for ic rate.

Last one is telco. Good ic population and no waste
