it would be impossible to grade them correctly when there like that.

that said i see lot of mid and peripheral grade in that pic.

I know all of them are different, but wouldn't all of them fall into the peripheral category

The ones we can see in the surface are the same as the others beneath.

That will depend on who you sell them to.
I would get medium mid grade on but there are also some lower end telcom and Light board which is in-between.

Most tv boards except power supplies fall into peripheral grade.
