These are mid grade, right? And do the cords need to be cut off?

Mid grade. Yes.
Id remove the wires since they're worth more.

Should probably remove the aluminium too. You'd be better off selling the whole board as is locally for aluminium breakage (old aluminium)

What if I were to say that I had like 10 Gaylord boxes of them?

That's alot of aluminium. :)
No wires and sinks are fine at that point.

My first suggestion is call local large recyclers and see if any of them take aluminium breakage or "old aluminium ". Then bring a sample in. Assuming those sinks are spun aluminium; you have a large population of aluminium capacitors there as well. My yard here pays al#3
If you go with boardsort The easiest cheapest way other than trucking it in yourself would be fedex freight or if east of the Mississippi try an ltl load from old dominion or rhole. Their prices tend to be fair.

I dont know if this is allowable but I can beat FEDEX freight all day long unless you have a special arrangement with them.
