I have this board that I'm about to sort into small multi socket but I noticed an abundance of ic chips. Is this board telecom?

What a world we've come to that we must mark foam as such. :'(

Nice board. Though it looks to be a dual socket mobo with the extra controllers (like laptops have) I'd say dual large socket laptop equivalent
Looks like a minicomputer server with self sustaining redundancy? Everything is duplicated. Nothing shared. What is it from... if you know?

I'm not sure where it comes from. I just have a lot of them in a box. Does the foam need to come off?
