I also don't know what these would classify as. All I can tell is they are Juniper Network circuit boards. I have 6 of these and they are COVERED in gold.

All will go telco.

The top one is a datapoint compatible access card. Its the main i/o board for the unit.
The rest a pictured are "guest" controllers.
You or someone before you removed the risc processors that once were mounted in those (lga) gold squares.

Being you're asking about scrapping them...!
I'll leave my concerns though with this statement... i don't know the history of these boards you have posted but these systems are relatively new as in 2015 and late 2014. And the entire servers ran...run 10s of thousands of dollars so... 1 make sure however you acquired them that they're not stolen and 2 sell them on ebay even as used for parts if your not sure if they work. A bare shell with just the i/o backplane sold for 1500 in August. And doa the cards are going (albeit slowly) in the hundreds of dollars range.
This isn't something you want to just toss.

Wow! I had absolutely no idea! I actually bought them off of eBay from a guy who collects these things. They were in a big lot (including the other AMP boards I had posted here)

Oh, and what would I title these things if I did sell them on eBay?

Ibm juniper network control boards looks to be the common post. A handful up right now a about the same in sold history.

Ncic stolenregister and tracechecker are the best sources to verify if the serial numbers have been reported.
Something like this... if it was stolen I'd place bets on that the company who lost them knew, and reported, the serials.

If they come up dirty contact ebay by phone BEFORE you call the police. That way they will have a record of the theft since the police will require you to turn over the boards. But eBay will give you back the money and terminate the seller's account and give you far more information than the site does to help when you file the report.

If they're clean... great buy and good luck.
I usually post stuff like this as a fixed price with best offer and choose listing good till sold (costs an extra $2 but no relisting fees)
