That's tge boards that make up the TN746B com-server.
Top one is large socket (old motherboards) at worst and telco at best.

middle one is probably peripheral

The lowest one is telco.


Btw: if you have the whole System there may be a tiny little breakout board with a steel spreader soldered on it. If you do snip the spreader off for gold cap board. The control expansion board if included has a gold cap z88-b chip.
