It will be either peripheral or mid-grade. Not a whole lot of IC population and the board is mostly capacitors and transformers. Do try to remove the heat shields on the left side before selling.

I am afraid that one will end up in Mid-Grade. Just not much going on with this board when you consider the few IC's in comparison to the overall size of the board and all the junk (caps, resistors, etc) on board.
