I have among other things the gold connectors, pins or whatever they are that I want to send in but don't see any category to do so. How do I go about sending in things that are not included on the packing list?

Once you fill out a quote form with what is listed. Pack the remaining speciality category items in with your shipment. Make sure you weigh the items and then write them down on your quote form.
Finally send Chris an email with your order number (eg order #NNNNNN extras) and let him know what was included (pins, SIMs etc)
