The two large connectors, no, not gold pin.
The two small connectors, not sure about the gold pins, will have to double check.

If no gold pins, then mid grade?

Do I remove the metal bracket to the left? The amplifier section is wrapped up in the metal bracket.

Just leave leave alone. Yes if all nickel it will be midgrade. Gold pins are the saving grace for A/V.
I’m sure Chris groans every time I send in a Beta III board.
Low grade with three sets of 38 gold pins on an otherwise low to mid board.
But he makes money on those gold pins so that’s why they’re so important. Post 1982 3.5” floppy controllers are a prime example
