I am wanting to know if I need to take the cages off and what class this board would be if anything else needs to come off

Can’t tell if I’m seeing gold caps or a flash reflection.
But telco as is (gold cap if the IC caps are gold).

Sorry for light it is 2 boards that is the cat 5 plug boxes I am getting a pretty big load of stuff together just dont want to take too much off they have some ceramic chips but no gold caps.
